Return & Exchange Policy
At MEDLARE Trade Limited, our return and exchange period extends for 30 days following your purchase. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, the product must remain unused, in the original condition, and returned with its initial packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to health, safety, or hygiene reasons. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Personal care or intimate items
- Hazardous or flammable substances
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Selected health and wellness items
To process a return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
Please do not return your item to the original manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some situations, only a partial refund may be issued, such as:
- Books showing signs of wear
- Opened media items (CDs, DVDs, video games, etc.)
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Refund Not Received?
If your refund hasn’t arrived:
- Verify your bank account
- Contact your credit card issuer—it may take time before your refund is posted
- Reach out to your bank as processing may be delayed

Sale Items
Please note that discounted items are non-returnable. Only regular priced items may be returned.
Exchanges
We offer replacements only for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at ykarap@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return. Once received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the purchaser.
How to Return Items
To return your product, please send it to: {physical address}.
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If you are refunded, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location.
If the item is worth over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
